We had a wonderful zoom chat last week with many new ladies joining the discussion and even more will be joining us today! 😊

We talked about exercise and the important role it plays in managing our peri/menopausal symptoms, both physically and mentally.

But where do we start? What type of exercise should we be doing? How much should we be doing?

I am delighted to have my friend and colleague, Sara Harris joining us today who will be on hand with some answers.

Sara is a sassy coach in her 50s and likes to approach training as a holistic journey to improve ability, agility and strength.

Her aim is to improve performance, body relationships, and wellbeing in menopausal women. A former Freediving and Scuba Diving Instructor for 22 years, she sought new challenges over the last decade and became an Ironman®️ Coach and Oceanman Open Water Swimming Coach in search of the ultimate way to find empowerment and strength in her athletic life.

She is also a certified NESTA kettlebell coach. She has practised many different movements and programmes to help strengthen her own menopausal body to be able to continue playing endurance sports.

I am excited to have Sara with us today to talk to us about exercise, weight gain, fatigue, muscle pain and answer all of our questions!

Mental Health Week is an opportunity for organisations to show that the Mental Health of their employees really matters.
