Try out our V60 recipe for Ethiopia - Goro Bedesa and let us know what you think!

Ratio: 1:16
Water Temp: 92°C
Brew time: 3 minutes
Grind size: Medium fine

Steps:
1- Rise filter and pre-heat V60
3- Add 22g coffee grounds to funnel and flatten bed
4- Gently excavate 60g to wet all grounds
5- At 45s pour 100g water
6- At 1min 15s pour the remaining 100g water
7- Gently swirl brewer
8- Serve
