Back in Dubai after a few months away, and the first thing I noticed was how busy everything felt. A full flight, a packed airport, and cafés and restaurants buzzing with people.

The season is starting again, and there’s an energy you feel as soon as you arrive. After the uncertainty surrounding the regional conflict, it’s encouraging to see the city this active. From my perspective, Dubai has managed a challenging period well so far.

We discussed how Dubai’s property market has responded to the regional conflict, current investment opportunities and purchase terms available on selected developments.

Dubai real estate has gone through one of the most aggressive growth cycles we’ve seen in recent years.

Projects were selling out at incredible speed, transaction volumes kept breaking records, and for a period of time, buying property in Dubai almost became too easy.
