We are pleased to share that CA Hari Kalubandi, Director, and CA DRG MAHESH, Tax and Compliance Manager, from Stuart & Hamlyn Chartered Accountants, will be speaking at the Full Day Technical Session, “UAE Corporate Tax 360°”, organised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – Ras Al Khaimah Chapter.

As part of Technical Session 2 – Corporate Tax Return Preparation, Hari and Mahesh will share practical insights covering tax adjustments, accounting profit to taxable income, exempt income, non-deductible expenses, available reliefs and documentation requirements.
The full-day programme will also cover key areas including UAE Corporate Tax updates, return filing, Transfer Pricing, Free Zone taxation, practical case studies and Q&A.

Great news for UAE businesses! The Small Business Relief (SBR) revenue threshold of AED 3 million has been extended, providing continued support for eligible businesses until 31 December 2029.

✅ Revenue threshold: AED 3,000,000 per Tax Period
✅ Extended by 3 years
✅ Continued access to Small Business Relief benefits
✅ Supports business growth and cash flow
✅ Stay compliant with Corporate Tax requirements

📌 Important: Corporate Tax registration and return filing requirements still apply. Eligible businesses must elect for Small Business Relief through the relevant Tax Return.

📄 The extension is under Ministerial Decision No. 131 of 2026, amending Ministerial Decision No. 73 of 2023.
