Recently, our Director had the privilege of delivering a CPD session focused on the RICS-APC. During the preparation phase, he developed an appreciation for the importance of structuring one’s thoughts effectively. Demonstrating the competence required of a chartered member is not just about knowing the answer but about how best to structure that answer. This approach should not be confused with mere memorization.
The true value lies in understanding the underlying principles and being able to apply them in a structured manner to showcase your professional competence.
