Quick one on visas, because this is something we get asked about a lot.

Before I get into that…
A bit of a diary reshuffle today as my youngest is home sick 🤒

But it’s Pro-Am day at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, so my eldest is with me taking it all in. Loves his golf does Oscar ⛳️
He’s actually looking at golf college in America, so this is pure inspiration. We’re very fortunate to have access to the range and clubhouse so he can see how it’s really done, up close and personal.

I’ve even convinced one of my meetings to come here for a coffee…
So I’m feeding two birds with one scone 😂☕️

Back to visas 👇

We had a client/friend just two weeks ago who purchased primarily to secure a Golden Visa. Very last minute.
Due to DLD paperwork delays, nothing had been pre-booked, this was properly tight timing.

The day the paperwork was released:
• Blood test done within 1 hour
• Paperwork completed in 48 hours
• Biometrics done
• Golden Visa completed in just 3 days

As a secondary win, during those same 3 days I introduced him to one of my private bankers and his banking facility is now fully opened.

Client flew out, carried on with his busy schedule, and everything was sorted ✅

December. What a month it’s been.

Christmas was genuinely magical. While we always came here for the holidays, I did miss the cold mornings, crisp dog walks and not to forget the Christmas shoot 🔫 and a pint in the local 🍺

I’ll survive though 😂

Q1 is stacking up nicely and I’ve got more fire in my belly than ever.
