If your financial year ended on 31 December 2025, your Corporate Tax deadline is coming up.

Your Corporate Tax return must be filed, and any tax due paid, by 30 September 2026.

Before filing, check that:

• Your books are closed and reconciled
• Tax calculations match the accounts
• Supporting records are complete
• Payment is ready

Small Business Relief does not remove the filing requirement. Eligible businesses still need to elect it through the Corporate Tax return.
