Take a guess, what’s the biggest challenge with establishing a successful consulting practice in Dubai?
Not being established in Dubai, it would seem!
Okay, I’m mostly established - my company is there, I have a bank account there, but... I’m not there! And in a culture that thrives on relationship building, I really need to be there more often than twice a year. So I’m selling up and heading there just as soon as possible.
Sure, the recent troubles reduced the pull factor a little.
But the push factor is only getting stronger.
