The Pink Full Moon will illuminate the UAE skies on the evenings of 1 and 2 April 2026, reaching peak brightness on 2 April at 6:11 am GST.
Despite its name, the moon will remain silvery or golden but may appear slightly orange near the horizon due to atmospheric scattering.

1. Al Qudra Desert, Dubai β Best viewed from 6:30 pm onwards on 1β2 April; open desert skies offer unobstructed horizons and ideal conditions for astrophotography.
2. Al Quaa Milky Way Spot, Abu Dhabi β Arrive before sunset on 1β2 April; extremely low light pollution ensures a clear view of the moonrise.
3. Mleiha Archaeological Centre, Sharjah β Guided telescope sessions available from 7 pm to 8 pm daily; combines stargazing with cultural experiences.
4. Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah β Elevated vantage point above low clouds; best viewing between 6:30 pm and 8 pm for unobstructed horizon views.
5. Wadi Shawka, Fujairah β Mountain terrain provides clear skies; arrive shortly after sunset for maximum visibility.
6. Al Zorah Nature Reserve, Ajman β Open coastal views away from city lights; moonrise visible from 6:30 pm.
7. Umm Al Quwain Beach, Umm Al Quwain β Direct views over the Arabian Gulf; best after sunset for the first glow on the horizon.
