Here are a few moments from the two-day training program on “Legal Procedures for Trademark Examination,” held on 8–9 September 2026 at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, Dubai.

Organized by the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism – Intellectual Property Sector in cooperation with the GCC Intellectual Property Training Center, the program covered key aspects of trademark examination, including refusal grounds, trademark distinctiveness, confusing similarity and priority in trademark registration.

ينظم المؤتمر المنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية التابعة لجامعة الدول العربية (ARADO)، بالتعاون مع جمعية الإمارات للملكية الفكرية (EIPA) وجامعة مصر اليابانية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا (E-JUST)، تحت عنوان:

«أثر حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية على قطاع الرعاية الصحية في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي».

ويجمع المؤتمر نخبة من المتخصصين في الملكية الفكرية وقطاع الرعاية الصحية وصنّاع القرار وممثلي المنظمات الدولية لتبادل الآراء حول حماية الملكية الفكرية، والابتكار في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة.
