“Your Refund Is Ready” – Think Before You Act!

Fraudsters may contact customers claiming that a remittance has been cancelled or that a refund is waiting. They then ask for personal information, OTPs, or an additional payment.

Watch for these red flags:
• Unexpected refund notifications
• Requests to pay a “processing” or “release” fee
• Links asking you to enter card or banking details
• Requests for an OTP to “receive” your refund

Protect yourself:
• Verify refunds directly with your exchange company
• Never share an OTP to receive money
• Do not make payments to unknown accounts
• Use only official websites, apps, and contact numbers

Remember: A refund should never require you to surrender your security credentials.

انتبه إلى علامات التحذير التالية:

• روابط تطلب منك إدخال بيانات البطاقة أو المعلومات المصرفية
• طلبات الحصول على رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة (OTP) من أجل "استلام" مبلغ الاسترداد
احمِ نفسك:
• تحقق من عمليات استرداد الأموال مباشرةً مع شركة الصرافة الخاصة بك
• لا تشارك رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة (OTP) أبدًا لاستلام الأموال
• لا تقم بإجراء أي مدفوعات إلى حسابات غير معروفة
• استخدم فقط المواقع الإلكترونية والتطبيقات وأرقام التواصل الرسمية
تذكّر:
لا ينبغي أن تتطلب عملية استرداد الأموال منك أبدًا الإفصاح عن بياناتك الأمنية أو رموز التحقق الخاصة بك.
