Born in May 1974 after securing a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India followed by a MBA with double specialization in International Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from Graduate School of Business & Administration, Ghaziabad ,U.P. India has been engaged in the activities like marketing, import/export of all kinds of basmati and non basmati rice, sugars, spices, pulses, metals, ores and minerals, Fertilizers, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Plastics and Resins etc. Besides this his major roles were to look after Imports and Exports, Product Development & Management, Finance Management, Market Research, Sales Forecasting and Planning, Merchant product marketing and procurements including logistic management, in private sector organizations. He has vast experience of international trade and port operations also. With a strong technical grounding, coupled with more than 15 years of work experience in various executive, managerial and directorial capacities in different private sector organizations had served in good stead in rising to the post of General Manager, in a reputed Dubai based MNC from 2004 onwards. As Head of the Unit, he was responsible for matters relating to the formulation of corporate policies and their implementation, Development of Strategies for import and export of Rice, Sugars, Spices, Pulses and Metals etc. Besides marketing & trading, monitoring expenditure, financial budgets, undertaking and planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring of marketing activities, including development of distribution net-work by analyzing and availing marketing opportunities, measuring forecasting marketing demands were his main responsibilities. During the above tenure, he has deliberately taken care to keep pace with the rapidly evolving technological developments and practices. The Company has got phenomenal success and has grown many folds because of rich experience of Mr. Parveen Goyal in agricultural commodities, base metals, precious metals, ores and minerals including energy and petroleum products. During his tenure the company got diversified in the field of Mining in Oman and Jewellery business in UAE. Many reputed magazines of India like “BUSINESS STAR” (A publication of NNS Group Since 1960) published his interview in their issue no. 23, no. 2, February 2012 and “GRAINS ASIA” (A publication of ANS Group) has also published his interview and articles on him in the year 2013.
