For nearly two decades, I have carried one clear purpose: to make Vastu relevant, practical, and accessible in modern living.

Through Vastu in Dubaii, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 8,000 homes, offices, commercial spaces, and developments across the UAE and internationally.

What began as a personal calling gradually became a much larger responsibility to help people understand that the spaces we create can influence how we live, work, grow, and feel.

Today, I am proud to introduce EVIKING Consultants FZE, the professional platform created to take this mission forward.

Everyone talks about where the stove should go.
Very few people talk about what makes a kitchen truly work.

Yes, according to Vastu, the cooking stove ideally belongs in the South-East, the zone associated with the Fire element.

But a kitchen is not just a stove.

We also need to consider:
• the sink and water points
• the refrigerator
• the oven and microwave
• the dishwasher or washing machine
• storage and pantry units
• ventilation and natural light
• movement and ease of use
Each of these elements has its own role and placement considerations.
When people become obsessed with moving just one appliance into one corner, they often overlook the bigger picture.

In Japanese culture, the word “Arigato” is not used casually in the deeper traditional sense. It carries an energy of acknowledgment, humility, and gratitude. The original meaning comes from “arigatai” something rare, precious, and not to be taken for granted.

That is why in Japan, even while giving money, handing over a business card, receiving food, or accepting a small gesture, people often bow slightly and say “Arigato.”

The act is not only about politeness. It is about respecting the energy exchange.

Money in Japanese culture is often treated as a form of life energy, something earned through effort, discipline, time, and sincerity. So when money is received or given with gratitude, it is not viewed merely as a transaction. It becomes an exchange of trust, effort, and respect.

There is also a beautiful psychological and spiritual layer to this:

When we give with resentment, fear, scarcity, or irritation, we unconsciously create resistance around abundance.

But when we give with gratitude, even while paying bills, salaries, rent, or expenses, we shift from the vibration of “loss” to the vibration of “circulation.”

And nature always responds to circulation.

The Japanese philosophy subtly teaches:

What leaves your hands with gratitude often returns with greater harmony.

That is why many Japanese people:

receive money respectfully with both hands, never crumple currency carelessly,
place money neatly,
and express appreciation during the exchange.

It trains the mind to respect abundance instead of chasing it desperately.

So remember
When you pay with irritation, your mind feels “something is leaving me.”
But when you pay with gratitude, your energy says:

“I have enough to give, and life continues to support me.”
