Enviroserve UAE and Kerno have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to launch the UAE's first integrated circular ICT infrastructure programme. The initiative introduces a closed-loop model for secure hardware migration, IT asset disposal, and legacy system trade-ins.
The MoU, signed by Mahmood Rashid, CEO of Enviroserve Services LLC, and Chris Caswell, CEO of Kerno, marks a pivotal step in Enviroserve UAE's mission to enable organisations across the region to retire legacy hardware responsibly, while simultaneously upgrading to locally manufactured, sovereign-grade server and storage solutions. The partnership directly aligns responsible IT asset disposal with digital transformation, reinforcing the UAE's goals for technological sovereignty and a resilient, future-ready ecosystem.
