Water as a Conduit of Energy: it's considered a powerful conductor for energy, both physical & emotional. It is believed to act as a bridge that can absorb or "wash away" emotional static or stress.
Water consciousness—the understanding and intentional interaction with water as a conscious, responsive element—is increasingly recognized as a profound tool for emotional healing. This approach combines the symbolic, therapeutic, & according to some theories, energetic properties of water to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote mental well-being.
The "Water Consciousness" Theory: Drawing from the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and researchers like Veda Austin, this perspective claims that water molecules "record" and respond to human thoughts, sounds, emotions, forming structured ice crystals under positive influence (e.g., , ) & chaotic ones under negative influence (e.g., fear, rage).
Emotional Cleansing: Water is viewed as a "mirror of vibration" that can absorb & neutralize emotional baggage, particularly when used in practices or simply by holding positive intentions while drinking or bathing.
Intentional Drinking: A suggested practice is to start the day by infusing a glass of water with positive intentions, allowing the water to act as "medicine" for the etheric field.
Blue Space Immersion: Interacting with, or even being near, natural water bodies (oceans, lakes, rivers) can facilitate emotional release and decrease cortisol (the stress hormone), aiding in emotional regulation.
Benefits for Emotional Healing
Releasing Stagnant Emotion: Because water is seen as a carrier of memory, intentional interaction (e.g., in a shower or bath) can help release "stuck" emotions or trauma.
Calming the Nervous System: The soothing nature of water offers a "sanctuary," lowering heart rate and reducing anxiety, which facilitates a safe space for , often used in therapy scenarios.
Ever since I experienced the journey in the Universal Consciousness training program with Institute of Quantum Consciousness Australia, I'm in awe of our relationship with water ... I'd recommend it for everyone!
