2. Training Delivery Plan

3. Training Implementation Plan

Training is provided in Batches of 25 to Max 30 Staff- Representing various departs/functions. Training programs are One or Three Days workshop- Held at any of the following Venues:

All Participants are Provided -Certificates, Training Material, Video Recording of their role plays
Suitable Lunch and Coffee breaks are arranged for the participants. Training Feedback Cycle

Feedback from participants is collected after training Delivery. Feedback from the Client’s Training manager is also be obtained after the training delivery. Behavior assessment of the staff is done pre and post training to measure the effectiveness of training. Any required modifications and calibrations is done to the training programs to ensure it meets required objective for training staff on required customer service behavior.
