Knowledge of EPBAX system.
Attending Incoming & outgoing call.
Handling Couriers and well versed with knowledge of couriers.
Transfering of calls to respective departments.
Maintaining Courier Register
Handling the Documents to the concern person and taking signature
Maintaining the POD Record of the Couriers
Checking Monthly Courier Bills
Ordering all stationery items for office.
TELEPHONE OPERATOR/TELECALLER

Making arrangements for client interview anywhere in India.
Doing Hotel bookings/ Flight Booking for Client and Client Representative.
Preparing Interview Schedule.
Initial screening of the resumes (from the primary to senior level)
Handling complete staffing cycle-sourcing, short listing candidates, tracking and follow-ups.
Interviewing and evaluating of candidates to match the suitability of the client.
Coordinating with International Clients over phone / emails.
Conducting Skype interviews.

Organize medical tests, forward medical reports / results to Client
Obtain physical custody of passports.
Prepare and follow up with candidates for departure.
Dealing with Visitors / Clients.
Should be able to handle independent projects effectively.

HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for end to end recruitment for various departments Starting from screening the candidates, Interview Scheduling, making offer and taking care of their joining formalities.
Sourcing of resumes from various sources like Job portals, referrals, Database
Developing & maintaining MIS reportsand other operations reports.
Prepare Leave requisition form, Adjusting absent days according to leave available, leave calculation for every employee. Maintaining Attendance & Leave records, confirmation on completion of probation period, Issuance of necessary letters, providing necessary Information to Employees
Providing feedback to Management and support to Line managers in internal employee issues. Keeping Organization communication process on, Organizing events - Employee engagement activities
Looking after day to day office activities.
Updating new employee details in the Bio metric software.
Dealing with Associates / Sub Agents / Vendors/ Agents etc.
Providing approval for the daily office stationery.
Looking after maintenance complaints of AC / Fans/ Xerox machines etc.
Ensuring that telephone bill payments are done on time.
Assigning task to the Peons on daily basis.
Monitoring the Receptionist / Telephone Operator / Office guard.
Maintaining the stock of Sound lines T-shirts, Office Brochures, Xerox papers, Snacks for the visitors.
Ensuring that the employees do not misuse the office property.
Ensuring that agent’s complaint register is maintained & updated.
Liaison with vendors on day-to-day operational issues.
Coordinating with vendors for payments and service contract renewals after necessary checks and approvals.
Track individual vendor performance.
Handling the payment process and ensure the timely payments to the vendors.
Generating MIS on daily/Weekly and monthly basis.
