They are from the UK, but they have lived in Dubai since 1998. Originally, Nick being a Royal Marine and Delphine from a gymnastic background, it pushed them towards following a career as personal trainers and sports therapists.They have successfully owned a personal training centre and a boutique health club in Dubai. Creating a well established health brand into the local market.They have worked
along side many specialized health professionals (doctors, osteopaths, therapists etc) to further their experience and professional rapport in personal training. Nick has specialized in postural correction, nutrition and being a presenter for health issues (on TV, radio, stage, workshops - corporate/ educational institutes), Delphine has dedicated her skills in aiding the Local Ladies of the UAE with her expertise in personal training with weight loss. Both from a sporting background and successfully competed in many endurances races (e.g marathon des sables, Hawaii Ironman Triathlon). They have 2 children, their eldest has special needs, which inspired them to create the foundation “reaching u” - an initiative to bring awareness and integration of children with special needs within our community in the UAE. Rio & Tia - are the mischievous children of Nick & Delphine. Rio is 12 years old, even though he has severe special needs, he is a star in himself, being the inspiration behind the foundation ‘reaching u’ to bring awareness of children with special needs within our community. Tia is 9 (going on 15!!) and has inspired her parents to focus on children’s health and wellbeing!
