3.0NOTATION
This Notice shall not be construed as an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) or any form of tender. All interested Bidders are advised to regularly check the Agency's website, Notice Board, National Newspapers and Federal Tenders journal for the actual Invitations.
The Agency is not bound to Request for Bids for any project that is not eventually approved in its budget. Conversely, any project not listed herewith but is included in the approved budget shall be treated appropriately.
