We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team and oversee duct cleaning operations for both residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. The AC Duct Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, managing technician teams, and ensuring all tasks comply with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily duct cleaning operations and supervise team members in the field.
Ensure each job meets company standards and follows UAE regulatory guidelines.
Inspect duct systems pre- and post-cleaning to verify quality.
Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain communication with clients as needed.
Report job status, equipment needs, and issues to management.
