Our recent session, "AI Transformation: From Experimentation to Enterprise Scale," led by Minhaj S., Global Director - AI Transformation at Microsoft, cut through the hype to focus on what it actually takes to turn AI from scattered experiments into a company-wide capability.

We covered Microsoft's own transformation journey, the shift from copilots to AI agents, new human-agent workforce models, and how to scale responsibly without losing sight of governance and security.

The biggest takeaway: AI transformation isn't a tech project. It's a phased business change, moving through quick wins, process redesign, enterprise-scale agents, and an operating model that holds it all together.
