Write to learn, grow and improve.
Writing is, by far, the most powerful activity to help you grow, learn and progress in life.
Yes, more powerful than reading which is obviously also vital.
But writing, be it journaling, making plans or setting goals, leverages the power of absorption and intention.
Writing makes you consolidate what you have learned and helps the subconscious mind cristalise it.
Writing your goals everyday, for example, is a great way to reprogram your subconscious mind which was programmed until the age of 7 and which still carries the beliefs and the fears the world has instilled in you during your childhood.
When you write, you litterally write your destiny.
I do it every day.
I journal everyday, to let my brain elaborate on the experiences.
I make or fine tune my life and business plans everyday, to make sure I'm in the driving seat of my life.
I write my (wild, outrageous) goals everyday, to try and overwrite the limiting beliefs I had absorbed as a kid .
If you're too busy to write, I understand you, I felt the same for many years, except I realized I was so busy I let chance dictate the course of my life.
Writing is strategic and propadeutic to executing, the other way around just doesn't work
