We regret to inform you of the unfortunate incident that occurred on Monday morning – the warehouse fire in Al Quoz. It deeply saddens us to confirm that our factory was seriously affected, and we are currently in the midst of investigating the cause of this incident.
We are now actively working on implementing temporary arrangements to ensure some continuity of our production processes, but inevitably, there will be some delays during this period.

In response to this setback, we are initiating plans for a new, modern facility to enable us to get back to full production capacity as quickly as possible. It will not only serve as a resilient home for our operations, but also enhance our ability to support our clients more effectively than ever before. We understand the importance of maintaining our commitments to you, and we are dedicated to minimizing any potential disruptions during this challenging period. Rest assured, our team is working tirelessly to resume operations swiftly and efficiently.
