We are recruiting for a DHA licensed Registered Nurse (Administrator), clinic based, in Dubai, working with a long established and well respected Community Mental Health and Wellness clinic that provides quality psychological and psychiatric care to children, adults, couples and families.

Role: Clinic Nurse (Administrator) MUST have DHA licence or eligibility

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hours: 5 days per week, 45 hrs, flexible to cover core clinic times between 8am and 5pm or 11am and 8pm. With 2 days off per week. Either Fri / Sat or Sat / Sun.

Salary & Benefits: Introductory basic salary AED 7,500 (rising to AED 8,000 after 6 months subject to performance) + standard UAE benefits + air tickets + 24 days paid holiday + private medical cover + visa costs.

Summary: To assist with all clinic administration duties, booking appointments, following up with patients, providing aftercare and advice, managing staff diary, preparing consultation rooms, replenishing stock, and also administering day to day medical requirements of patients attending the clinic, assisting Doctors and other medical staff where required.

***THIS IS NOT A 'HANDS-ON' NURSING ROLE TREATING PATIENTS***

Qualifications & Experience:

-Must have DHA eligibility or licence as a registered Nurse.

-Must have relevant Nursing degree qualification.

-Must be located in UAE already.

-Must have at least 2 yrs post graduate Nursing experience.

-Must have a proven background and skills in an administration role / duty.

-Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills

-Would suit a Nurse from a school or Hotel setting and background as the role is mainly office administration duties.

-Updating the database with notes and activity
-Maintaining on-line presence – Linked --In, Company website and Job boards
-Maintaining activity Targets and satisfying KPI’s
-Attending client meetings, attending recruitment exhibitions
-Working with Recruitment Consultants and Business Development Managers
Able to take instruction and prioritise workloads.
