We often think of onboarding as the process of helping someone settle into a new organisation but it has the potential to do much more than that.
From the very beginning, employees are working out what matters, what success looks like, how things really get done and whether they believe in where the organisation is going.
That makes onboarding an important part of the human side of business. Done well, it can build clarity, strengthen culture and help people understand how their role connects to the organisation’s wider priorities.
