Hi mga ka-Tabby 💳✨
Gusto ko lang i-share yung napansin ko based sa experience ko and sa mga clients ko lately…
Marami sa kanila nagtatanong:
“Bakit hindi na ako naa-approve for split payment?”
“Bakit pay in full na lang yung option?”
Same case po sa ibang clients ko—at eto yung REAL talk na nalaman namin after talking to CS 👇
📌 Tip: Huwag po magpapa-generate ng link tapos hindi itutuloy.
Yung mga clients ko kasi, naka ilang attempts sila last week—nagpapagawa ng link pero hindi chine-checkout. Parang tine-test lang kung magkano max limit or ilang months pwede.
👉 Ang problem:
Those are recorded as unsuccessful transactions sa system ni Tabby.
So ang nangyayari:
❌ Nasisira yung record
❌ Nawawala yung option to split
❌ Napupunta sa PAY IN FULL only
Kahapon at nung Sabado, more than 10 clients ko ganito yung case—okay naman dati, pero dahil sa multiple attempts na hindi tinuloy, nawala yung installment option nila 😔
💡 Based on my personal experience din:
Once na consistent ka na tinutuloy mo yung transactions mo, mas nagiging okay yung approval and mas nagkakaroon ka ulit ng split options.
✨ So if magpapa-link ka:
👉 Make sure ready ka na mag-checkout
👉 Avoid multiple trials na hindi tinutuloy
👉 Treat it like a real purchase (kasi it is!)
🔥 If approved ka TODAY, grab it na—don’t delay.
Sayang yung chance na makapag split payment ka habang available pa.
