How much you need to pay?

How much salary may I expect?
Salary is based on Brand you will be working for, your qualifications and personality, and English communication level.

How long it takes for me to get the job?
We have so many vacancies for East Europe region and all CIS countries applicants, so you chance is very high to be selected, most of applicants may get interview appointment within a month but it depends on your CVs and skills.
Do I have to have experience?
We have many jobs may accept applicants without experience and provide training, specially in hospitality and retail industries. but the one who have experience have more +.
After I get selected How long it takes to travel?
After we receive your CV, our recruitment team evaluate it, and if suitable it get forwarded to Employers who have vacancies matching your skills, then it is up to employer to select the candidates they want to interview.
If selected then normally we send you visa between 3 to 5 months from submitting your passport copy and passport size Photo. then we send you the ticket to fly.
What happens after I arrive?
A representative from your new company (Airport Rep) will be awaiting in airport, most employers offers one to Two month accommodation while helping you to find a sharing accommodation for rent, but other employers may offer a permanent accommodation, all will be stated in your offer letter (Contract) which will be given to you once you get selected. all employers provide intensive training and brand inductions before you start.
How long my visa is valid for?
You will receive Employment visa, this visa entitle to to enter the country within 2 months, once you arrive, you will have governmental medical test, and once you pass the test then you will have Two year employment Residence renewable as long as you are working in the country.
Can I change my job?
Yes you can grow up in the same company but you can change to other employer only once you end your 2 years contract.
Can I leave back to my country if I am not happy?
Yes, if you leave after one year of employment then you pay your employer nothing, but if you leave before then you need to contribute to the cost of visa and ticket spent on you, considering that your salary start from the first day you arrive to the country as per the law.
Can my Employer violate the contract?
No, because you have the right to complain to Labor ministry any time and its very strict since %90 of the population in these countries are foreign workers, so it is well regulated.
Why they need foreign workers? why not employ Locals?
Local population is too few for the economy size, so the grows of economy requires millions of new foreign workers to be recruited yearly from all over the world.
