There is no doubt that 2020 has been challenging for many people, and we have all been affected in some way by the global circumstances. As we reach the end of this year we are optimistic that 2021 will bring us new beginnings and a return to the freedoms of pre-pandemic times.

BAC UPDATE: We have closed our DIFC Branch, however we are still providing the same level of exceptional service that our clients are accustomed to, under another of our Freezone subsidiaries, BAC Middle East FZ LLC – albeit socially distanced.

Predictably, throughout the last 6 months, there has been a slight decline in companies recruiting, however, we are pleased to finally see a steady increase in demand from companies who are now looking to restructure and expand their teams.

We look forward to continuing working with all our established clients as well becoming the search partners for MNCs, SMEs and start-ups who we have not yet had the privilege of working with.

To all of our potential candidates, please remember to keep your professional online profiles up to date and ensure to include relevant keywords which may help recruiters, such as ourselves to find you during our head hunting endeavours. BAC Middle East is looking for an experienced 360 Generalist Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in DIFC.

You will develop new client relationships through continual business development and focused networking and be responsible for sourcing candidates and day-to-day management of corporate client recruitment requirements and service delivery.

You will be comfortable with working to challenging performance and revenue targets. You will be highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage your time.

At least two years of UAE experience and a UAE driving licence are essential.

Salary Dh10000 to 16000 depending on experience, + excellent target based uncapped commission.
