The seat belt presenter cover is the piece that snaps over the belt arm on the B-pillar. On a W124 it's usually the first interior part to go.

The snap-fit tabs are what fail. Three decades of UV and heat cycling make the plastic brittle, the tabs let go, and the cover starts rattling against the trim or falls off entirely. Mercedes doesn't sell them new any more, in any colour.

Ours are moulded in ASA, UV stable and heat resistant, which is the exact condition that killed the originals. We redesigned the tabs wider with a deeper locking profile, so the cover snaps on and stays on through vibration and temperature swings. Installs to the factory belt arm with no tools and nothing else disturbed.

If you own a 996 or a 986, have a look at the ring around your gear lever next time you're in the car.

That trim bezel — Porsche part 99655225900 / 99655225902 — is one of the first things to go in these interiors. The factory plastic gets brittle and the clip tabs crack. The painted finish scratches, then flakes, and the plastic underneath starts showing through right where your hand sits.

The annoying part: Porsche doesn't sell the bezel on its own. It only comes with the complete shifter boot assembly. So a cracked ring means buying a boot, a frame and a bezel to fix one piece.

We made just the bezel.

It's ASA, coloured all the way through instead of painted on the surface, so everyday scratches don't expose a different colour. ASA also handles sun and cabin heat without warping. Clip geometry and mounting points were taken off the original, so it goes in the same way the factory part does — no trimming, no adhesive, no painting.

If you own an R129, look up and to your left next time you're in it.

That small black guide the seat belt runs through — OEM A1299100539 on the driver's side, A1299100639 on the passenger's — is the hardest-working piece of plastic in the car. It takes the belt dragging across it every single entry and exit for thirty-odd years. They all go the same way: scratches first, then the edges go white and craze, then a corner snaps and the piece sits loose right beside your head.

Most owners find out theirs is broken, go looking, and find nothing worth buying.

We remade it. Reinforced ASA — the material stays put under friction and doesn't go chalky in sunlight, which matters in a car that spends its life with the roof down. Every mounting tab, the belt channel width and the clip positions were taken off the original part, so it goes into the factory location and the belt runs at the correct angle.

If you own an R129, you already know which trim piece gets looked at most and lasts the least.

The inner mirror triangles sit in the driver's sightline, take direct sun through the side glass, and cook. They crack at the edges, go chalky grey, and eventually come apart in layers.

These are the replacement. ASA, with a leather-grain texture surface, closer to a finished interior than the flat factory face was when new. The colour runs through the full section rather than sitting on top, so a scuff doesn't show white plastic underneath. ASA is UV and heat stable, which is exactly the condition that killed the originals.

Fits 2021-2025 Porsche 911 (992) Turbo, Turbo S and GT3 RS. The rear side ducts aren't trim, they feed air straight into the engine bay to cool the flat-six.

That puts them under sustained engine bay heat and high-speed aerodynamic load, which is where standard plastics stop being an option. This pair is produced in glass-fibre reinforced ASA: ASA for the UV stability, the glass-fibre matrix so the duct won't warp, flex or deform under heat or airflow.

Geometry came from metrology-grade laser scanning of the factory components. Every contour, intake aperture and mounting point is a 1:1 match, so factory airflow is maintained exactly and it goes on direct-fit with no modification.
