If your organization cannot be great without YOU.
Then it is not yet a great organization.

The way to grow your power is to give it away!

If you are in the leadership seat you should be grossly occupied with creating other leaders!

Leadership is a journey from ex*****on to empowerment and many of us got to the leadership seat because we were great producer´s, right?

But now you must be focused on creating other leaders in your organization, especially if you want to amplify your impact in your contribution to your firm, that is the way you do it.

To be a great organization of any type, it must achieve three outputs.

1. Superior Results
2. Distinctive Impact
3. Lasting Endurance
Briefly, if you are a sports team and you do not win championships, you are not great.
If you are a business and you do not deliver great return on invested capital, you can´t be considered great, but you know results are not enough.

Distinctive Impact, think about the following if your organization went away.

Who would miss it?
Are your organization irreplaceable?

Third Lasting Endurance.
The key thing is, that at some point it cannot depend on any single leader.

Majority of are spending their days in pressure of achieving the they have set. This makes them drift away from productivity, positivity, significance and be controlled by expectations, hope and stress.
However, if they spend 95% of their day focusing on their life and work towards significance, without being distracted by the insignificant noise around them, their chances of success or lets say significance are much greater.

A shark in a fish tank will grow 8 inches, but in the ocean, it will grow 8 feet or more. A shark will never outgrow it´s environment, the same is true for YOU.
Many times, we are around small thinking people, so we do not grow. Change the environment & watch your growth!

It may even not be environment, rather your perception holding YOU back, your comfort zone.

Change can be scary, but YOU know what scarier, allowing fear to stop YOU from growing, evolving, progressing.

Reality is interpreted by the mind, we can change our reality by changing the mind, feelings &

Your mind will react to fear because it’s confronted by your wishes and wants.

People who stop and transform fear into an elevated emotion, behaviour and attitude, despite anxiety and the minds resistance, will tell you.

We too were afraid of stepping into our vision, but our passion, purpose and courage for the vision is greater than our fear.

I can tell you - the effort is worth the reward, of what you will find on the other side - liberation, freedom, wholeness, self-love

Does feelings affect our ability to make rational decisions?

I told you to be careful! Now, see what you did, it is broken

We are bombarded with negative inputs in childhood, in that age, we only hear the words – we do not relate to the context!

Is that the reason – we think – that we are not capable or first time doing something, it must be perfect?

Visiting a vendor, who is an expert in his field, doing amazing getting the perfect YOU on paper.

He wants to do videos of his work, he wants to be a speaker sharing and giving. But had so many excuses – not relishing his dream!

Is this happening for YOU too other areas of life?

90 minutes I shared wisdom, asked open curious questions,
where does that come from?
who told you this?
are your sure?
why is that?

Finally, he answered with above words, this echoed in his head.

Often it is much more primal, the way people talked in childhood, became our inner voice.

Can we place the “pictures” of our arrival point, the sound, the fragrance, the atmosphere - at departure point?

The brain do not know the difference between an outside experience or our inside imagined experience.

We will release energy, listen, be present, cause we have the confidence.

Because the longer you feel gratitude, the more you’re drawing positive and happy circumstances to you!
Gratitude means it has already happened. Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership🙏🏻⁣⁣⁣

The latest research in neuroscience shows that when you close your eyes and begin to think about your future and embrace the you are going to feel when that event happens. Then you are actually installing a positive, optimistic behaviour and attitude - positive programming of that experience in your brain.🧠

Gratitude is an awesome attitude 👈
