Successful handover starts well before construction ends.

At 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗙𝗘𝗫 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, our Operations Director, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆, explored how early planning can support a smoother transition from construction into operations.

Mark highlighted the importance of involving facilities management and operations teams early, with common data environments and building information modeling helping organize asset information throughout delivery.

This is where early planning makes a difference for our clients: fewer unresolved issues at handover, clear and accessible asset information, a smoother defects liability period and an FM team ready to operate the asset from day one.

Because handover is only successful when the asset, its information and the people operating it are ready together.
