SHARP MEA proudly showcased its innovative home appliances category display during a Grand launch event in Jordan held on 6th February 2026. The event was organized in partnership with Haider Murad & Sons Group - HMG at the Hilton Dead Sea Hotel, under the slogan “Legacy Meets Future” where more than 500 attendees participated including corporates, key dealers, retailers, bloggers and other media & press representatives.
The event celebrated key milestones, including Sharp’s 114th Anniversary and more than 44 years of strategic partnership in Jordan, while highlighting GTII Series under SHARP refrigerator category featuring advanced cooling technology, high energy efficiency, and Plasmacluster ion technology aligned with sustainability goals. This event reflects the depth of the historical partnership with SHARP for more than 4 decades, as an exclusive Partner for SHARP products in Jordan, a partnership that has contributed to strengthen the Jordanian consumer confidence in the quality and reliability of Japanese products from SHARP.
A key highlight was the signing ceremony of an unprecedented 25-Year Warranty MOU (Sharp Refrigerator Compressor-GTII Series) for Jordan market—reflecting our strong confidence in quality, reliability, and long-term performance.
The event was attended by SHARP Middle East & Africa Senior Management, Mr. Sota Saito - Managing Director, Mr. Rohit Khot - Group General Manager, Mr. Shinya Inoue – Group Deputy General Manager along with other Head of Depts, Mr. Aneel Devgn-Marketing, Mr. Jithin Gafoor-Product, Mr. Kenshi Nagaoka-Customer Satisfaction & Mr. Muhammad Raza-Asst Marketing Manager. The ceremony was further honored by the presence of His Excellency Issa Murad-Chairman of the Board of Directors & Mr. Haider Issa Murad - CEO of Haider Murad & Sons Group - HMG and His Excellency Mr. Asari Hideki - Ambassador of Japan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, who joined the event and participated in the official signing ceremony.
