ETDC-DMCC was established in May 2013 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers “JLT”, Dubai, UAE to fill the existing gap in training programs that empower entrepreneurs.

The center aims to enable candidates to acquire entrepreneurial competencies by using the practical methods of an Action-oriented Approach. Action-oriented Approach "Learning by Doing"; no any more boring academic lectures, participants will independently select a business idea, conduct market surveys and analysis, prepare their business plans and present them for funding, all the while upgrading their Personal Entrepreneurial Characteristics (“PECs”) through their engagements. Training programs are chosen to strategically fill the existing gaps in the needed skills for entrepreneurship development in the region.
