There are many different customer journeys funnels you can use. I like to use the customer journey lifetime funnel.
Which is made up of eight stages:
1️⃣ Awareness - This is where customer learns about your services
2️⃣ Engage - This is where they're interested in what you provide and want to know more information.
3️⃣ Subscribe - At this is the point where they are not ready to spend money, and they're still warming up to you. So you can provide them with a free lead magnet or a free trial.
4️⃣ Convert - This is the point when you try to convert the subscriber. So at this point, you ask for feedback and try to schedule a discovery call.
5️⃣ Excite - This is where they actually excited about the service you provide, and they begin to trust you.
6️⃣ Ascend - This is were they reach Aha moment, and they are ready to buy from you. At this stage, you can also take advantage of upselling.
7️⃣ Advocate - This is where the customer is absolutely happy with everything you have provided and they recommend you to their network.
8️⃣ Promoter - This is where your customer has purchased a lot of services from you, and they continue to recommend you on all the social media platforms, in their emails and everyone they talk to, this is your loyal fan.
You won't just have one customer journey you need to create more as some customers with a start at different entry points. Also, remember not all of them will buy.
