We are currently looking for a Wok Chef and Grill Chef for a high-end fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
✅ Qualifications for Wok Chef:
- Experience in high-end fine dining in the UAE is preferred
- Specialized training in Asian cuisine, particularly wok cooking techniques, may be advantageous
- Knowledge of high-quality ingredients, flavor profiles, and presentation standards common in fine dining
✅ Qualifications for Grill Chef:
- Experience in high-end fine dining in the UAE is preferred
- Experience handling various cuts of meat, fish, and vegetables, with expertise in grilling, roasting, and barbecuing
- Mastery of grilling techniques, such as direct and indirect grilling, searing, charring, smoking, and broiling
- Knowledge of different types of grills (charcoal, gas, wood-fired) and the ability to control and maintain optimal temperatures for cooking
- Familiarity with a wide range of meats, seafood, and vegetables, including knowledge of cuts, marbling, and the best cooking methods for each
