UAE corporate tax, in plain terms: taxable income up to AED 375,000 is taxed at 0%, and generally 9% above that. That's the headline, but the details matter just as much.

Registration, records, filing, and deadlines all need to be handled properly, and Small Business Relief may apply depending on your setup. Getting the compliance side right from day one saves you a lot of cleanup later.

DM us "TAX" for a compliance-first setup discussion.

A cheap licence can turn expensive fast, because the headline price and the complete setup cost are rarely the same number.

Cards, trade name, office, visa, those are just the first-year basics. Then come the renewals: medical, Emirates ID, support, and more. Compare first-year cost against renewal cost before you sign anything, not after.

DM us "COST" and we'll send you a transparent, itemized quotation.

French speakers, this could be good news for your Canada PR plans.

Canada recently invited 5,000 candidates through a French-language Express Entry draw, with a CRS cut-off of just 382.

The draw took place on August 19, 2026.

If you speak French, this is worth paying attention to. French-language proficiency can give your Express Entry profile a real advantage and, in some cases, help you qualify with a lower CRS score.

But your language score isn’t the whole picture. Your age, education, work experience, occupation and overall profile all play a role in your chances.

So before you assume you need a higher CRS score, it’s worth checking what options you actually have.

📩 DM us “FRENCH” and we’ll assess your profile and help you understand where you stand.

A client came to us with a CRS score of 379.

For context: that's well below any recent Express Entry cut-off. On the general draw path, the wait is indefinite.

We didn't optimise the score. We changed the pathway.

The profile — a dentist — mapped cleanly to Ontario's Provincial Nominee stream. The nomination carries 600 points. Final score: 979.

The lesson isn't "get a PNP." It's this: most rejected or stalled applications aren't weak profiles — they're misrouted profiles. The same candidate, assessed against the right stream, produces a completely different outcome.

If your score has plateaued, the question worth asking isn't "how do I add points?" It's "am I in the right draw?"

Get in touch if you are facing the same issue.

Before you pick a jurisdiction, ask one question: who are your paying customers? It determines who you can legally sell to, and getting it wrong limits your business before it even starts.

Free zone gives you international reach and support for cross-border trade. Mainland gives you direct access to the local market through approved arrangements. Neither is automatically "better," it depends entirely on where your customers actually are.

Choose the jurisdiction based on your customers, not the other way around. Save this post for when you're ready to decide. DM "INQUIRE" for more details.

Running more than one business? Separate ownership across each one can quietly turn into a mess, overlapping shareholders, tangled reporting lines, and no clean picture of what belongs to what.

A UAE holding structure can simplify that. One holding company sits on top, each business operates underneath it, and suddenly everything is easier to manage, report on, and eventually sell or restructure.

DM us "HOLDING" and we'll walk you through what a UAE holding-company structure could look like for you.

What was the strategy behind Juan's 432 to 1,032 CRS jump?

Juan, a Medical Radiation Technologist, started with us in June 2024 with a CRS score of 432 — far from ITA range. A targeted Ontario PNP strategy changed that: nomination secured, score jumped to 1,032, ITA in hand.

On July 14, 2026, the wait ended — visa approved.

Every profile is different, but the right pathway makes all the difference.

📩 DM "PNP" to explore your Canada PR options.

Business setup and immigration aren't two separate projects, they need one timeline. Plan them apart and you end up with delays that could've been avoided from the start.

Documents, travel dates, your launch date, family needs, all of it has to move together. One roadmap creates fewer gaps and fewer surprises than juggling two disconnected plans.

DM us "ROADMAP" and we'll put together an end-to-end plan for you.

E-commerce is more than a website, and treating it that way is how founders end up rebuilding their setup six months in.

Before you build the store, build the operating model behind it: products, stock, fulfilment, payments, and VAT all need to be sorted first, not bolted on after launch.

DM us "ECOM" and we'll send you an e-commerce roadmap.

Getting a trading licence? Plan around your products first, trading isn't one general category, and treating it like one is where a lot of setups go wrong.

Permissions, customs, storage, and transport all vary depending on what you're actually moving, and some products need additional approvals before you can bring them in at all.

DM us "TRADE" for the trading checklist before you commit to anything.
