As RICS building surveyors and 'RICS registered valuers' we keep updated on latest best international practice and follow professional codes of practice. Within Dubai we have inspected well over 1,000 properties over the last couple of years and are therefore the most experienced inspection firm in the market. To date we are still the only firm in Dubai that has on numerous occasions successfully audited and managed the rectification works required to meet the completion standards for buildings to be handed over from the developer to the owner association in accordance with RERA's requirements. The team are specialists in due diligence surveys, property inspections, development monitoring, project management and insurance reinstatement cost assessments. We also advise upon asset registers, condition reports, lifecycle costing and reserve fund studies.
