A heartfelt message from the team at Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) thanking us for our efforts to raise funds and wishing us safe travels on our Challenge for Good next month! So far, we have raised AED 219,676 to support their lifesaving work, with 5 days left to go. We value the relationship we have built over the last 5 years and look forward to making a difference for many more years to come. 🌍

Saleh Ghazal, CEO of OMD MENA, is joining our 10 Year anniversary Challenge!

He’s no stranger to raising funds in our charity challenges, having already trekked through the land of the Incas to Machu Picchu in 2021, conquered the Alps in 2022, and hiked to the tallest mountain in the UAE last year.

This time, we’re heading to Uganda and Rwanda to trek across the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi and end at the top of Mount Muhabara standing at 4,200m. Saleh and the team are raising money for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Reconstruction Hospital in Jordan, which rehabilitates patients from all around the region, impacted by man made conflicts and natural disasters. A charity we have supported for many years due to its impartial standing and fantastic advocacy and medical support to those who need it most.

We're thrilled to introduce Noor Taffish, from OMD MENA, one of our all-stars joining our 10th-anniversary Challenge for Good. This year, we're trekking Rwanda & Uganda to raise funds for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

MSF (Doctors Without Borders) receives donations to fund their Reconstruction Hospital in Jordan treating victims of man-made conflicts and natural disasters. They accept patients from all around the region, including Palestine, Syria, Yemen, Iraq and more for complete physical and mental rehabilitation. Our trekkers will also visit Youth Spaces, an NGO empowering young Rwandan entrepreneurs, supporting them by sharing our skills, knowledge and experience.

In her heartfelt message, our CEO recognizes the importance of asking for help when things get tough. Let's normalize conversations around mental health and create a world where everyone's well-being matters.

Yesterday we came together as colleagues and friends, to inspire action, promote understanding of symptoms, and share knowledge on Breast Cancer.

We kicked the day off with a heartfelt breakfast featuring a talk with Gloria Halim BCHHP. IAHC. AADP , Consultant Chief Wellness Officer, accomplished author, and inspiring TEDx speaker. Gloria, a breast cancer warrior, shared key insights to understanding ourselves and our bodies better, and the 5 essential pillars to healing our bodies and fostering a healthy lifestyle.

We also heard from Dr. Tatiana Khoury, to learn more about early detection, we debunked misconceptions and were educated on testing options and symptoms to look out for 🩺

Throughout the day our building entrance was graced by the Pink Caravan, providing self-check education, mammogram vouchers, and knowledge to empower you.

With 1 in 8 women affected by breast cancer, we stand together to make a difference.
