Every successful flight operation depends on what happens on the ground just as much as what happens in the air.

When operating into a new destination, unfamiliar procedures, local requirements, communication gaps, and coordination delays can quickly create operational friction for crews and operators. Ground handling is not simply a service request, it is a time-critical process that requires planning, supervision, and constant coordination between multiple parties.

At MoonJet, we help private jet operators simplify these complexities through end-to-end trip support and ground handling supervision worldwide.

From coordinating handlers and airport services to supervising turnaround activities, crew logistics, transport arrangements, permits, fueling, and operational updates, our team works behind the scenes to ensure every part of the operation runs smoothly and according to plan.

Through our global network and 24/7 operations center, operators benefit from:

• One dedicated point of contact
• Worldwide ground handling coordination
• Ramp and turnaround supervision
• Support for short-notice operational changes
• Reliable communication with local providers
• Reduced operational risk and delays
• Consistent service standards across destinations

Whether operating into major international hubs or remote airports, MoonJet provides a turnkey operational support solution designed to give crews confidence and operators peace of mind.

Because successful trips are built on coordination, preparation, and reliable support at every stage of the mission.

EU Entry/Exit System (EES): Operational Impact for Business Aviation
With the full implementation of the Entry/Exit System (EES) approaching, operators should prepare for noticeable changes at border control points across the Schengen area.

Current observations indicate that EES processing due to biometric registration requirements can increase passenger processing times by up to 3 times compared to previous procedures.

What this means for operations:
• Longer processing times at immigration
• Increased congestion within terminals and FBOs
• Potential impact on passenger flow and turnaround times
• Increased risk of delays, particularly during peak periods

For business aviation, where timing, discretion, and efficiency are critical, these changes require proactive operational planning and coordination.

How MoonJet supports your operations:
Our teams are actively preparing for EES implementation and supporting operators with:
• Pre-arrival coordination with ground handling agents and border authorities
• Accurate scheduling and flight planning coordination to account for the extra processing
• Real-time operational monitoring and adjustments
• End-to-end trip support to minimize disruption

As regulatory environments evolve, having an experienced trip support partner ensures your operations remain smooth, compliant, and on schedule.

Following US and Israeli strikes on Iran earlier today, multiple FIRs across the Middle East are currently closed, significantly impacting regional and international traffic flows.

Current Airspace Status:
• OIIX / Tehran FIR - Closed.
• ORBB / Baghdad FIR - Closed.
• OBBB / Bahrain FIR - Closed.
• OTDF / Doha FIR - Closed.
• LLLL / Tel Aviv FIR - Closed, except limited PPR civil arrivals and departures.

These closures effectively restrict the central Middle East corridor.

Traffic Impact & Reroutes:
• Southbound diversions via Saudi Arabia toward the UAE and Oman.
• Northern routings via Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
• Expect congestion, longer routings, and possible slot constraints within Saudi and Caucasus airspace.

Operators should anticipate:
• Extended flight times and increased fuel planning requirements.
• Rapidly changing NOTAM validity periods.
• Potential short-notice airspace extensions or additional restrictions.

Continuous monitoring of NOTAMs and regulatory updates is essential, as timings remain short and subject to immediate revision.

MoonJet operations team are actively monitoring developments and coordinating reroutes, permits, and fuel arrangements to support uninterrupted mission planning.

For real-time operational assistance, contact our 24/7 operations center.

Flight Planning Is More Than a Route!
A safe and efficient mission begins long before departure. For private jet operators, flight planning is not just about selecting a path from point A to B, it's about precision, compliance, and performance.

At MoonJet Flight Support, our flight planning and dispatch teams consider every operational factor, including:
• Aircraft performance: Runway requirements, payload, fuel burn, and climb capabilities.
• Airspace restrictions: Route optimization around controlled or congested airspace.
• Regulatory requirements: Ensuring full compliance across international operations.

By combining advanced computerized flight planning tools with experienced dispatch oversight, we help operators achieve safer routes, improved efficiency, and fully compliant operations worldwide.

From performance calculations to regulatory coordination, MoonJet delivers the operational confidence your mission requires.

What We Handle for You?
Everything!
Behind every successful flight is a complex network of planning, coordination, and decision making. While the aircraft may be ready, it is the operational foundation around it that determines whether a mission runs smoothly or encounters costly disruptions.

At MoonJet, we deliver end-to-end trip support designed to remove operational burden from crews and operators, allowing them to focus entirely on flying.

Why versatility matters in trip support?
No two missions are the same. Routes change, regulations evolve, weather shifts, and schedules tighten. A trip support provider with a limited service scope may handle part of the operation but gaps in coverage often lead to delays, miscommunication, or last-minute complications.

A truly versatile trip support partner brings all critical services under one coordinated framework, ensuring consistency, accountability, and speed of ex*****on across every phase of the mission.

MoonJet's full service approach
Our teams manage the entire operational spectrum, including:

• Flight planning and route analysis tailored to each mission profile
• Overflight and landing permits with direct CAA coordination
• Slot management, ground handling, and catering arrangements
• Fuel planning and fuel arrangements worldwide

These services are not delivered in isolation. Each element is integrated into a single operational strategy, monitored and adjusted in real time by dedicated specialists.

One provider. Complete operational visibility.
By consolidating services with one trip support partner, operators reduce risk, eliminate duplication, and gain full visibility over their operations. This approach ensures faster response times, clearer communication, and seamless ex*****on especially during time-critical changes or unexpected operational challenges.

Focused crews. Stronger missions.
When operational details are handled by experienced professionals, flight crews remain focused on safety, performance, and ex*****on. That confidence translates into smoother missions, fewer disruptions, and better outcomes for operators and passengers alike.

At MoonJet, versatility is not an add-on, it is the foundation of how we support global aviation operations.

Regional Network. Global Reach.
In today's operating environment, business aviation is truly global. Aircraft cross borders, regions, and regulatory frameworks often under tight timelines and changing conditions. In this reality, choosing a trip support provider is not just about services offered, but about reach, reliability, and real local expertise.

At MoonJet, our strength lies in combining a strong regional network with true worldwide coverage. This means operators are supported not only by a central operations team, but also by professionals who understand local requirements, time zones, cultures, and regulatory nuances wherever your mission takes you.

Why global reach matters in trip support
International operations introduce complexity at every stage: permits, slots, fuel availability, ground handling standards, local regulations, weather systems, and time-critical coordination. A provider without global reach may rely heavily on third parties, increasing response times and operational risk.

A globally connected trip support provider offers:
Faster response during time-critical or last-minute changes.
Local knowledge that prevents delays and misunderstandings.
Established relationships with authorities, handlers, and service providers.
Seamless coordination across multiple regions and time zones.

This level of connectivity becomes especially critical during disruptions, diversions, regulatory updates, or urgent operational changes when immediate action and trusted contacts make the difference.

MoonJet's approach to global support
MoonJet operates with dedicated regional teams and a 24/7 operations center that work together as one. Whether you are operating into major hubs or remote destinations, our teams maintain direct communication channels across key markets, ensuring continuity and accountability throughout the mission lifecycle.

From pre-flight planning and permit acquisition to fuel coordination, ground handling, and post-flight follow-up, our global coverage allows us to anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they impact your operation.

One partner. Worldwide confidence.
Global reach is not about being everywhere, it's about being effective everywhere. With MoonJet, operators gain a single point of contact backed by a worldwide network of expertise, ensuring consistency, reliability, and peace of mind on every mission.

When operations span continents, experience and connectivity matter. That's trip support done right.

Time-Critical Operations? You are in Capable Hands.
In business aviation, plans rarely stay static. A last-minute schedule change, a sudden weather shift, or an unexpected regulatory update can quickly turn a routine mission into a time-critical operation.

This is where experienced, proactive trip support makes the difference.
At MoonJet, we understand that time-critical operations demand more than fast responses. They require anticipation, coordination, and calm ex*****on under pressure. Our operations team works around the clock to monitor every stage of your mission and adapt instantly when conditions change.

Handling last-minute changes
Whether it's a revised departure time, an additional stop, or a change in passenger requirements, our team adjusts permits, slots, handling, fuel, and services in real time to keep your operation moving without disruption.

Managing weather and plan deviations
Weather remains one of the most unpredictable variables in aviation. MoonJet continuously monitors forecasts, NOTAMs, and en-route conditions, proactively preparing alternates, route adjustments, and fuel strategies to protect your schedule and safety.

Staying ahead of regulatory updates
Regulatory changes can occur with little notice and vary significantly between regions. Our specialists stay closely aligned with CAA requirements worldwide, ensuring compliance even when rules change mid-mission.

From planning to ex*****on, MoonJet provides end-to-end trip support designed for high-pressure environments. We don't just react to challenges, we manage them before they impact your operation.

When every minute matters, having the right partner means flying with confidence.
