Pentair Sharjah Toastmasters Club A club formed by Employees of Pentair, Sharjah with a promise to inculcate communication skills, leadership & management skills to its Employees.

Communication, both written and spoken, is easily overlooked in our businesses but the ability to communicate effectively with both our internal and external stakeholders is important for our overall success as an organization. Like any other skills, good communication skill can be developed only through constant practice and by getting coaching and advise from professionals and your peer group.

Pentair believes in investing in its employees and developing skills is a passion for us at the Community Center and the Toastmasters initiative is an expression of our belief. We look forward to a team that is aware, motivated and has a thirst for new learning.
