I finally found our family resource I feel confident and comfortable to use when talking to my 9yo daughter about healthy sexuality.

The content is positive, accurate & comprehensive !

I personally believe the education about healthy sexuality should start at home - over MULTIPLE (NOT 1 big talk) comfortable conversations sparked by curiosity.

You may wonder around what age is right?

The CURIOSITY & QUESTIONS coming from your child will guide you towards their level of understanding.

2 - Your readiness

Is determined by your CONFIDENCE & COMFORT that comes through figuring out HOW & WHAT you would like to share , when educating your child.
