To be successful in this role you will need:

-8 years working experience in an Accounting/Finance role with 5 years at management level
-Ability to work under pressure and consolidate a portfolio of management accounts, budgets and forecasts
-Be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
-Be familiar with reporting systems & tools of an international company
-Experiencing in mentoring and managing a team
-Most of all have the ambition and desire to continuously improve the finance function
