Staying engaged with your audience and interacting to positions you as a brand who cares. Research, plan & create original social media content across various social media that drive business objectives- engagement, brand awareness, traffic, and sales. Create engaging, interesting, and relevant text, video, and image content via Canva for your social media campaigns. Analyze how your business channels are performing including engagement and campaign metrics, for all owned channels including social, email, and website. Plan and execute on the content calendar & develop an optimal posting schedule via Hootsuite and Facebook creator studio. Manage online marketing across a variety of platforms
Execute promotion on social media. Strategize, & create paid FB ads; keeping in mind to use proper keywords, & the campaign’s conversion objective, to ensure getting people to take action. Keyword research (Semrush, Google trends, Keywordtool &Google Keyword planner). Continually test, assess and optimize ads (organic and paid)
Collect, Provide data analysis and metric reporting to clients

Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports for social media channels to understand the effectiveness of activity including generating timely action plans to implement recommendations. Ensure a consistent brand look & feel and tone of voice, to ensure all content is in line with the brand’s mission & values. And other related General Virtual assistant tasks. About me
