Amazon Middle East UAE a wise advice to all Amazon sellers who are planning to start with wholesale me too in UAE. I have worked with few clients on me too model as per my experience I have seen that in Amazon UAE when you find some good listings with good sales and 1 or 2 FBA sellers and you start thinking to do me too in the same listing but in 80 to 85% cases when you are in sourcing stage you will see other FBA sellers gets in and prices decreased. In Amazon UAE price war is just a heartbreaking thing. You will observe previous selling price 60 and when FBA sellers start price war they drop prices suddenly from 60 to 25. Most of the sellers drop their price to worst level to just get some orders and make success story. Business to krty hen lekin pese nai kamaty wah kiya business ha bhai sb ka. So my advice is go for me too but if you source that Product in very cheaper prices. I always do the same if I go with me too model first I get cheaper price from suppliers When you calculate profit margin in FBA revenue calculator it should be 35% or more. Because if you go in price war and drop prices still you get 15 to 18% profit.

🔴I heard alot of people complaining that they are not getting approvals from lots of Brands and Distributors in both UK and US Marketplaces.

𝐖𝐇𝐘?
I always ask from them about their strategies of hunting Brands and Distributors. Most of them say by 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗮 and 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘂𝗺.

I agree to this, although Keepa is one of the best Brand Hunting tool for FBA Wholesale and Helium too.
Said and boom!! you get the brands.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌!

🌟I searched on it and came to the point that we all put almost the same criteria in Keepa and Helium to get the sheets of Brands and Products, then we go to search their distributors and ultimately this the main reason why Brands / Distributors don’t allow us to open Trade Account with them. This is because, we all have almost the same data and we contact the same Brands/ Distributors and they don’t allow us and if they do then there are lot of Sellers in it.

𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍!

🌟After all this, the strategy now I use to get the Brand Approvals is to 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁 the Brands/ Products Manually. You just have to open the Amazon and go into any specific niche and find products there. Just get a product and find its Brand, search its website and see whether it is allowing Wholesale or not. You have to check the Product 𝗕𝗦𝗥 , Number of 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, and how much does that Brand has in total on Amazon. This will help you to find whether the Brand is bigger or smaller.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐒/ 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒

🌟You just have to go to Google, and we all know how to take advantage of it. Just Paste the Asin, UPC or EAN and write wholesalers with it and search. You will see remarkable results after doing for each.
Before searching don't forget to change your location and if possible use VPN for changed the location with this strategy you can get many brand's authentic distributors those only work in that state or specific country.

𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐒!!
Most of us, think that emailing Brands/Distributors is the only thing that we need in FBA Wholesale to get the approvals. But this is not the case, 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗷𝗶𝗯!!
I will suggest you all, who are struggling in this, just email the brands a day before the call.

🌟Talk to them as you are very much interested in their products and you are dying hard to sell them. You have to make sure that you have their website open infront of you during the call and you don’t fake the accent in calling, and try to be friendly with them.

🌟If you don’t have the good communication skills, then please don’t try to call them yourself, kyu kay baat nhn banaygii!!
Just hire someone with good accent and communication skills and in between the conversation ask from them their Manager’s contact. Most of them will provide you if they dont ask them to send his/her email in a friendly way.

🌟Try not to negotiate with them on a single email/ call. Try to build good relation with them for future orders. Most of them, will ask you your email and send you the Catalog jsut after ending the call. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁!!

Shipment plan creation

How to create a shipment plan?
You should have seven things before creating a shipment plan.
1.No of cartons
2.No of units in each carton
3. Weight of that carton
4. Name of shipping company
5. Manufacturer address
6. Shipment date (exact) at the warehouse.

In the FBM case, you don’t have a need to create shipment plan, you send your inventory to your own warehouse.

In FBA you have to create a shipment plan.
Let`s start step by step
Step1. Go to seller central
Step 2. Manage inventory
Step 3. Open your list and relist (edit)
Step 4. Click on send and replenish inventory
Step 5. Ship from (put here your supplier or manufacturer address).
Step 6. Select individual or case pack product.
Step 7. If you select case pack product. Then you have to mention these details about your case.
• No of units per case
• No of total case
The amazon asks about prep services, these are two options
• Amazon
• Merchant
You should select no needed prep. In this case, Amazon will generate labels according to your quantity. Send these labels to your suppliers then Amazon will give you the warehouse address where you have to send your inventory. Then you will copy this address and mail it to your supplier.
After this scroll down and see delivery services.
• Small parcel delivery
• Less than truckload
Then there are two options
• All in one
• Multiple boxes
Put these details
• Units per box
• Weight per box
• Dimensions per box
Delivery labels
Print the box label and send these labels to your suppliers. If we have ten boxes then all the labels were different.

Here is the checklist before selling any wholesale, online arbitrage product:

1. LEARN TO READ & UNDERSTAND KEEPA GRAPHS:
