DMCC AUDIT SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED
Attention DMCC-Registered Companies
The deadline to submit audited financial statements through the DMCC Member Portal has been extended to 27 September 2026 for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Important Information:
✅ Every DMCC-licensed company must submit audited financial statements within the prescribed deadline.
✅ The audit must be conducted by a UAE-licensed auditor.
✅ Financial statements must be prepared in accordance with IFRS or IFRS for SMEs.
✅ There are no exemptions based on company size—even dormant companies are required to submit audited financial statements.

What are the qualifications required for an auditor to conduct a DMCC audit?
The auditor must be licensed in the UAE, registered with the Ministry of Economy, and included in the DMCC Approved Auditors List.
Do companies also need to comply with DMCC annual filing requirements?
Yes. Dormant companies are still required to file either audited financial statements or a dormancy declaration, as applicable.
How are group companies required to file their audited financial statements?
Each DMCC-registered entity within a group must submit its filing separately.
