[email protected] or whats app us on 00971-52-9623401. In case of receipt of defective or wrong product, we will replace the item on free of cost provided replacement item available in stock. If the replacement item not available in stock, we will credit your account with 20% extra of purchased value and shipping charges incurred due to return shipping, provided the wrong item is shipped back to us as received condition with correct packing (repacked) including product tags, boxes, hangars, plastic wrap.
2. Due to various types of lighting used during photo shoot, color shade subject to negligible variance, hence returns due to not liking the product / brightness issues will be bear by customers. Both onward and return shipping charges apply.
3. Standard shipping charges will be credited to your account in case of genuine returns. We recommend to contact customer care desk before initiating returns. Qanat Fashion will decide whether received defective item requires return shipping.
