**Qualifications for Structural Engineer Position**
Educational Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
* (Optional) Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred
* Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage

**Experience*
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (you can adjust this based on your needs)
* Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
