PMP training - PMBOK 8th - Stakeholder Performance Domain

In our latest PMP® training, participants went beyond the traditional slides and applied the Stakeholder Performance Domain in a real Livelihood project in Afghanistan.

They identified and mapped project stakeholders, developed a stakeholder engagement assessment matrix, and built a practical stakeholder management plan in Excel, then turned the analysis into a visual engagement dashboard to track influence, interest, and engagement levels for better project decision-making.

This hands-on approach helps participants understand not only what the PMBOK® Guide recommends, but also how to apply it in real projects.

We are proud to be the first PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) in Afghanistan to deliver PMP® training with a strong practical focus, enabling professionals to bridge the gap between certification and real project implementation.
