ASK Aria Consulting is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage research, monitoring & evaluation, and consulting assignments across Afghanistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects while working closely with clients, technical experts, field teams, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and management of research and consulting projects from inception to completion.
• Develop work plans, implementation schedules, and project management tools.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and field teams.
• Lead proposal development for national and international tenders.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout project implementation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities
