She’s Next Albania, powered by Visa marked a powerful milestone, bringing together a community of bold, driven women ready to lead, build, and transform the future of business in Albania.
A defining moment of the day came from Jovana Tufegdžić, Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Visa SEE, who emphasized a long-awaited step forward: the arrival of the She’s Next program in Albania — a program that has already proven its impact across the region, empowering over 13,000 women entrepreneurs in other countries. Now, that same momentum, support, and opportunity is here — and this is just the beginning.
We are especially proud that the first panel, “Fundamentals of Business Management,” led by Fabiola Duro from INNVEST, established a strong and insightful foundation for the discussions that followed. Alongside distinguished panelists — Sara Fani (Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria), Era Xhabafti (Mini Invest Albania), and Xhoana Sylaj (Diva’s Dialogue) — the session delivered valuable perspectives, practical expertise, and inspiring leadership stories from women shaping their respective industries.
